What the Site Provides

This website is a private guide to inmate, jail, court-after-arrest, facility, and public-record resources connected with Cattaraugus County and New York. It does not store official jail records, court files, FOIL responses, DOCCS records, BOP records, or ICE records.

The site may point visitors to official rosters, government portals, New York FOIL resources, and third-party research tools. It cannot confirm custody, change a record, release a person, schedule a jail service, or file documents for a visitor.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates federal, New York, or local law.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, threaten, harass, or harm another person.
• Do not make employment, housing, lending, insurance, or other FCRA-covered decisions based on site content.

FCRA Restrictions

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
